At Voila Vines, every garment is thoughtfully designed, ethically crafted, and produced in limited quantities by skilled artisans.

Our garments are thoughtfully handcrafted by artisans. The complete process, including manufacturing and shipping, can take up to 20 days—and we always ship earlier when your piece is ready sooner.

To respect both our customers and the artisans behind each piece, we follow a transparent and balanced exchange policy.

1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the small-batch and handcrafted nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds on purchased items.
However, if something isn’t right, we are happy to assist with an exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • The size does not fit

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • You received an incorrect product

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and all tags must be intact

  • Item must be free from stains, perfumes, deodorant marks, or signs of wear

Approved exchanges can be issued as:

  • A different size

  • Another product of equal value

  • Store credit (valid for 12 months)

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene, safety, and craftsmanship reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom-made or altered garments

  • Accessories (including jewelry, belts, and scarves)

  • Gift cards

4. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Clear images (mandatory for damaged or defective items)

5. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect

  • Once the product is received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be processed accordingly

6. International Orders

Voila Vines proudly serves customers across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, the European Union, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and other global markets.

  • International orders are eligible for exchange only

  • Returns and refunds are not available for international shipments

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images for verification

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After this window, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled, in line with our small-batch manufacturing process
