At Voilavines, every garment is thoughtfully designed, ethically crafted, and made in small batches. We maintain a transparent and respectful return policy that protects both our customers and our makers.

1. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds on purchased products because many items are produced in limited quantities with handcrafted detailing. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or store credit subject to the conditions below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • The size doesn’t fit
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • You received an incorrect item

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • All tags must be intact
  • Items must be free from stains, perfumes, or wear marks

Once approved, exchanges may be made for:

  • A new size
  • Another product
  • Store credit (valid for 12 months)

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For hygiene, safety, and craftsmanship reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Custom-made or altered garments
  • Accessories (jewelry, belts, scarves)
  • Gift cards

4. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear images (if reporting damage or defect)

5. Shipping for Exchanges

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue your exchange or store credit.

6. International Orders

We ship worldwide. Due to customs regulations and cross-border logistics, international orders are eligible for exchange only, not returns or refunds. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please send images to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost once verified.

8. Canceling Orders

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled due to our small-batch production model.
