1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

All Voila Vines garments are handcrafted by skilled artisans and produced in limited quantities.

  • Standard order processing takes 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and Indian public holidays).

  • Curated or customised garments may require up to 14 days for manufacturing, depending on design complexity.

  • In certain cases, the complete process—including manufacturing and shipping—may take up to 20 days.

  • If your garment is completed earlier, we dispatch it immediately without waiting for the maximum timeline.

During high-volume periods such as sales, festive seasons, or new launches, timelines may extend slightly.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp along with tracking details.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery Time:
Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Partners:
We work with trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.

Shipping Charges:
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Delivery Time:
Typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Partners:
DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or equivalent international courier services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer.
Voila Vines is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or clearance processes.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected courier service

The final shipping cost is clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after shipment.

  • If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our support team.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Remote or restricted delivery locations

We appreciate your patience in such cases and will assist wherever possible.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts:

  • Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images of the package and product for verification

Once verified, we will assist with a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
